Policies, Terms and Conditions

Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel or limit the quantity of product available for any item.

FRAUD PREVENTION
Should you wish to have the item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address MUST be on file with the issuing credit card bank. Simply call your bank (the phone number is listed on the back of your credit card) and tell them that you would like to list an Authorized Alternative Shipping Address in your file. When we call to confirm, we know and your bank knows that you placed the order and that your credit card is not being used without your permission. WE VERIFY EVERY ORDER TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS.

Tax Collection Policy
PCPOWERZONE is located in the state of California and is obligated to charge state and local sales tax for deliveries made within the State of California. Because we utilize distributors with warehouses in other states, we are obligated to pay and therefore charge tax on some items shipping in other states as well.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal (Verified accounts only). We cannot accept International Credit Cards. We cannot accept payment from unverified PayPal accounts. We will not accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks, promises or notes from your mother. Customer will be held responsible for any and all collection fees and WILL be prosecuted to the maximum penalty allowed in their state for any forms of fraud or canceled payments. This includes illegal charge backs or similar reversal of payments.

Credit Card data handling
We make every effort to ensure to authenticity of all credit card information received. All credit card information is transferred over a secure server. In order to protect our customers, we will not ship any order until the billing information provided has been confirmed by the credit card company. For your protection, when the billing address and the shipping address are different, the order will be flagged for special processing (see FRAUD PREVENTION). We reserve the right to reject any order that we cannot verify or that looks suspicious. We will not put our potential customers, or ourselves, at risk of fraud.

Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship in 24-48 business hours, contingent upon credit card approval. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. No P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses accepted. Shipping rates are determined based on total shipping weight, service level, and shipping destination by the UPS. We are unable to make guarantees for shipping schedules. For example: Selecting “Next Day Air” delivery does not guarantee that the product will ship the same or next day. It only designates which shipping method will be used to ship your order.

Shipping Cost Calculations
While we make every effort to ensure that our shipping calculator is accurate, there are errors from time to time in the system. We do not want to overcharge so the item weights are not inflated at all, as with many other e-tail sites. However, when we have to pull product from different warehouses, the rates are sometimes off. There are other unexplained issues from time to time to, so if that happens, we will contact you with the correct shipping amount needed to fulfill your order and ask for your permission to process the order. We never adjust any charges without your written permission.

Warranty
All products carry the manufacturers original warranty, unless otherwise stated. All warranty service must be obtained through the original manufacturer.

Support
PCPOWERZONE will provide first level Technical Support for all products purchased through PCPOWERZONE. Advanced technical services must be obtained through the original manufacturer. Should you need assistance with the manufacturer, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to help resolve any issues.

Return Policy
Our standard Return Policy is standard with the industry: Return for credit within 15 days of receipt with a restocking fee of 20% (minimum charge of $20) applies to all returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused or undeliverable packages. We cannot accept returns on software, media, system or flash memory, movies, computer systems, water cooling parts or kits.

A note on returns: Returns are costly. Restocking fees have developed in the electronics industry as a way to try to help recover the costs of unnecessary returns. Actual costs generally run 40-60%.

To return an Item
Should you need to return an item, please email sales@pcpowerzone.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, instructions and a return address. Please follow the directions carefully. We do not make this hard, but we need to get your product back to the correct warehouse in order to issue credit.

Any product returned without an RMA # or sent to the wrong address will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customers expense. No RMA #’s will be issued after the product(s) have been received by the customer for 15 days. After 15 days, the product must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty service. We will work with you and the manufacturer to make sure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Typographical and Content Errors
All product information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting. Product specifications may change slightly without prior notice as revisions are made to the products. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided from the manufacturers. Should a product not meet the specifications listed, we will happily accept the product return within 15 Days for a full refund or replace the product for another product of equal value.

Storage Specifications
All specifications in relation to any type of storage capacity are stated as the gross capacity, before formatting, as provided to us by the manufacturer. This includes but is not limited to all products that utilize Flash memory, hard drives, CDR, CD-RW, & DVDRW media. For the actual net usable capacity, please contact the manufacturer for any product in question.
